Elsebe has more than 20 years experience in learning and development, with a post graduate degree focusing on human capacity development. She has a passion for adding value to individuals lives as well improve team efficacy in the workplace. She brings 30+ years of corporate experience in the human capital space to the business, which includes a wide range of the entire employee value chain. Elsebe is a master facilitator, senior and executive coach and strategic consultant.

With over 18 years of experience in Learning & Development, Chris has excelled in crafting and implementing innovative learning programs that drive performance and enhance skills. His expertise extends to Change Management and Talent & Leadership Development, making him a versatile professional in the field.
He has a proven track record of designing and successfully implementing comprehensive learning solutions across 13 countries, benefiting nearly 8000 individuals. Notably, he played a pivotal role in establishing the Leadership Framework at MultiChoice through a groundbreaking management program that continues to impact new managers 3 years later.
